Place is always loud, people's radio blasting. Walls are very thin. Been a lot of fights in the apartments. Have to goto the office to check mail if they are actually open during business hours. Laundry room gets locked and hardly ever opens on time.

Yeah forgot the laundry room is never opened on time. Only four washers for everyone. Sometimes there are long lines. Sad thing is the other residents don't take care of them and they are broken all the time.

I'm the owner of these apts and in defense of these accusations, the laundry is not owned by the apartments but by WEB leasing and its their area of concern which i have forwarded to them more than once. The dates of these responses is 2007 and are the dates we had off duty police providing random security and it was such a hit that we made the local news and the neighboring Fry's Market also started doing that as other nearby businesses because of its success. The only people that complained, as always, are the few that cause the problems and couldn't carry on disturbing the other tenants and illegal activities at all hours of the night. Prospective tenants flee other apartment complexes to ours because of the good reputation among many other amenities.
