I have lived here for almost a year now. On the positive, the floor plans and views are great and there are some very nice people who live here and the gym is nice. They have an awesome clubhouse with flat screens and a kitchen, Oh but its only there for looks you can't actually reserve it and have a function there. Management here does not exist, since opening about a year and a half ago. They are on their third manager, and about the umpteenth person in the office, obvious turmoil from within. This may be the trickle down from the owners since they hire their own personnel to manage and everything has to go through them before anything can get done at the facility. They take WEEKS to repair facilities like the Jacuzzi (the only Jacuzzi)It took them about 5 days to get around to repair a main water service leak that shut down the entire facility for hours and flooded muddy water into the parking lot the entire time. Grounds keepers show up for about four hours once a week and work primarily on the front so as to put up an illusion. You have to ask them to rake and trim trees around your apartment if you don't live near the models or office. The back pool is dirty and grounds unkept. Their cleaning person quit so the public bathrooms are not maintained right now, visitors had to bring their own soap and toilet paper. Their brochure says they have several 24 hr cameras, but one of the residence asked to see the camera near their car that was broken into and they would not show him, they said it was not for that purpose! The units are not exactly sound proof and the AC airflow sucks! I've heard from residence who live near the office that it seems the office comes to work just to go out back and smoke. The gym is open only until 10pm and it is a detached facility it used to be open all night. They supposedly had someone throw some trash downstairs into the office from the gym (once) Apparently the 24 hour cameras aren't for that purpose either. Many residence don't pick up their dog doodies and so they just sit there. Apparently the 24 hour cameras aren't for that purpose either! Parking is bad all over except for by the second pool. ** 8/10/11 in response to "Holy Cow" If there was a function of that magnitude up front it was only for prospective tenants. Don't expect that or a complimentary back massage anytime in the future. In response to the signs about pet waste they don't or can't enforce. Take a walk around the buildings that ARE NOT around the public common areas! IE in front and behind building 17, I counted 8 piles of dog crap out front and 7 out back and they have been there a while! As far as the cameras, a while back I was talking with a tenant whose car was broken into and they asked to see the cameras and they were told that the cameras were not for that purpose (what does that mean?). Interesting PS comment almost seems a little fishy don't ya think? I'll be asking around the pool for a "surfin cowgirl" from Hollywood.
