Sage

 
I have rented both houses and apartments. My roommate and I wanted to downsize so we left the house we were in for an apartment. After seeing about ten different apartment complexes we thought sage was a godsend. It definitely seemed like the caliber of place we were looking for. The first month we lived here was great and we were happy, then suddenly everything went south. The walls here are extremely thin. We can hear the neighbor's kid almost every day really early in the morning. We can also hear almost every step the people above us make. Some of the maintenance staff have attitudes. The grounds aren't kept very clean, trash and cigarettes buts in breezeways and parking lot. About the only good thing about this place is the new management staff are nice and polite. However, I am looking forward to when my lease is up and I can move. If noise level is a concern for you, ABSOLUTELY do not live here.
