Rent at your own risk. The management is horrible thats if a staff can stay there by the time i got to know the staff they changed but regardless the unproffesional staff no matter how often you change them the apts are going to stay the same. The walls are toooo thin. Very thin. Paper thin. I couldnt wait for my lease to be over my second month. I heard water running through my walls, i heard my neighbors all the time, i heard my neighbors have sex and im sure they heard us too. Not to forget to mention parking crisis. PARKING CRISIS! Neighbors fight for the uncovered parking because there is hardly any so if you have more than one car good luck to you if you signed the lease. Also the location is a pain in the a** with only one way to get in. I guess thats all i agree with the complaints and just a heads up for new ppl just be aware

Is there any big problems roaches scorpions spiders at this complex?
