Let me start off by saying I completely agree with everything the person below me wrote...I first wanted to move into sage two years ago, because I read really good reviews online and when I got to the property it looked very appealing. The pool is a saltwater pool and has a nice design, the gym is probably the best gym you can find in a apartment and the floor layouts are perfect. Unfortunately, it all stops there. The manager at the time, Kristen, tries to sell me an apt overlooking the pool. I was a little weary of this because of the noise, but she assures me that the glass is sound proof and the pool is never very loud..blah blah blah..well, I took her word for it and she basically lied to me. When summer roles around, there is so much noise it is ridiculous. I woke up every day to people screaming, loud radio music, and you can literally hear conversations down there even with a television on in your house, everything just echoes up to the apartment. I guess it wouldn't be as bad somewhere else in the complex, but who should have to pay extra for a pool apartment and have to listen to club music all day? Not only that, I had sex with my boyfriend a couple times after moving in and I go to turn in my rent and the manager tells me the apt next door heard me having sex loudly...awkward! I think the walls are just paper thin, because I can hear people's phone ringing downstairs and talking all day and we were not very loud. For the price, these apartments are not luxury at all, upon moving in it seemed great but it just got to be too much to handle with the noise and partys all hours of the night at the pool and the apartments doing nothing about it. Peter was probably the only decent person they had working there, but they change management so much, he eventually quit or got fired. The women they have now are even worse than the original management, they don't want to hear any complaint and have excuses for everything...what is the point of a security gate when people can just park and walk through the side? Where is the security walking the grounds? They said if I have any problems with anything just call the police..lol..they said you pay extra at other apts for security and its useless..which made me think why am I paying so much then?. Needless to say I couln't wait to move out, I feel bad for anyone that has to move in to the apt I had overlooking the pool, because summer is here and they should be prepared for a whole lot of noise! Save your money and move somewhere where your getting your money's worth, don't fall for the facade of it looking nice, the apartment's are ran terribly! The last straw for me was when one manager promised me free carpet cleaning only to never have written it down and the new management did not believe I was ever offered that and I had to pay for it upon move out...they also tried to up my rent $20 if I renewed, because I had a poolside apt..like that is supposed to be a good thing. Usually rent goes down when you renew not up and they already upped my rent $10 when I renewed my first year. In this economy they want to up my rent above $800 for a one bedroom apt that is not even close to luxury standards? It made me laugh...that was my cue to say goodbye!

I agree with these comments. Everything looks nice but thats where it all stops! The whole apt is built with the cheapest quality of materials in the market. Walls are paper thin! They are literally paper thin people!!!
