Noise- obviously one main complaint throughout these reviews. Now, three years ago, when I lived here, I was a mere ten years old, and sure, I won't lie to you, I was one of the kids who ran around screaming and playing these outrageous games that only seemed to ruin the complex and landscaping job around it. Now, anywhere you go, there will be kids, of course. And anywhere there are kids, there is noise. Put two and two together, and you will get an inescapable problem.

On the other hand, I found the complex overall quite easy on the eyes, and as far as construction goes, the community doesn't change much over a long period of time. It's quite stable in the units, which are well designed and attractive. The office staff is pretty much your standard "I'll try and help you, but only if I feel like it," kind of deal. I actually think this place is alright though.
