So I went to ask about renewing my lease 2 days ago and I get the line about "Not offering many incentives....pretty full right now....waiting list....lots of amenities....and so on. " I know for a fact that they offering up to 3 months of free rent to new move ins on 14 month leases and monthly rent lower than what I am paying right now. Complete BS to treat a long time resident in this way. i do not expect all of the incentives that offered to new move ins, but come on, at least a bit of respect and an offer for a long time resident wanting to stay here. And to be lied to like that was embarrassing. When I moved in 3 years ago this was a nice community, full of professionals and working class people. Now it is full of kids and wanna be gangsters. That is what you get when you lower the rent, residents who do not have jobs, go to college, party all night, blast their hip hop music at the pool, leave their beer cans everywhere and trash the place. I won't be renewing, other places in the area are just as nice or nicer and are offering $0 move in and 2 months free rent. Good bye San Pedregal, you were once a nice place to live. Now the staff blatantly lies to residents and prefers to fill the apartments with gangsta wannabes. Treat your long time residents better and you might be able to hold on to some of the good residents that live there, pay their rent on time, don't trash the pool and don't party until the police show up at 4 AM.

Park on Bell Apartmenst is offering $0 move in fees plus 2 months free with a 12 month lease right now. That is where I am moving to. Gated, great pool, very new complex.
