San Riva at the Foothills

This is a GREAT place to live From: chris85048 Date posted: 8/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I don't know why people have given San Riva a bad review on this site. My girlfrend and I have lived at San Riva since they opened in 2000 and we love it. When friends come over they say it feels like there on vacation at a resort. Our place has a million dollar view of the Mountains and since it's on the edge of town it's nice and quiet. As with any appartment your going to have some people that like to party but if that bothers you maby you should buy a house. I have talked to the manager about the return of security deposits as mentioned in other reviews. Turns out the people that dont get them back are the ones that have had dogs in there apts. Yes San Riva allows up to 2 full size dogs. I don't know who would keep 2, 90 pound dogs in a small apartment but if you do they are going to tear up the place, what do you expect. Not to mention these are the newest apartments in the entire Ahwatukee Foothils area and they want to keep them that way. I don't blame San Riva for not giving the deposit back. For the money this is the best apartment complex in the foothills.
