San Riva at the Foothills

Dont even think about buying here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I dont even know where to begin..ive lived here for a awhile now and have been very disappointed with the property and the service ive recieved. Now they have changed to the Condo concept which is a wonderful oppertunity and i would love to buy here but between the scorpion problem (dont get me wrong they are a part of the desert.. but finding one or two a day is a bit much!) The office people are very non helpful ive gone in many times to pick up packages and or speak with someone and ive litraly had to scower the place for some help...and or wait and thats been EVERYTIME ive gone to the office! Be warned i would look else where before i buy here!!
