Do not buy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 2 responses   I made the mistake of buying one of these units, and it is really hard to sell, if i want to sell ill end up losing money. scorpions galore, in the bedroom/ bath and kitchen. my upstairs neighbors are noisy as hell and cant sleep at night. one of the female sellers (i wont name names) is a completely slut and hinted at sleeping with me to sell the unit (i declined). this is a dog community so expect lots of dogs running around unleashed. bad experience living here, i thought i had a good deal with me being a previous renter.
