Nice Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived here since mid July 2005 and for the most part I am very happy. We have never heard voices due to thin walls, and there is a 2 year old that lives underneath us! My only real complaint is the maintenace. When we moved in we had a hole in our screen door and one of our screen windows, you would think things like that would be taken care of before someone new moves in! Anyway-we called to get it fixed and they were extremely nice, said it would take about a week to come in, and they would call us to install it asap. Well....it is October and we have NEVER heard from them!!! On top of that we called back this past week and have still not recieved a response. They are supossed to call you back within 24 hours guaranteed, but it has been 2 and a half days and nothing! We enjoy living here, love the lake and the mountain view...but we want to star opening our windows at night!
