I thought this apartment was beautiful when I was looking around. The office staff was very friendly. It was gated. It had sufficient parking for residents and guests. It had all the extra's including a washer and dryer and a heated pool with a waterfall. Having lived here now for approximately 6 months I would not recommend it to anyone. I have a group of college kids that live next door and they are probably the only thing here I can stand anymore. Sure they are loud but ironically they are probably the most polite out of the whole group here. The office staff quit being friendly as soon as we signed the lease. I pay my rent on time every month and have even paid ahead of time. But I can't take my son to the pool cause there are too many people practically haveing sex in it all the time. The gates are ALWAYS broken for weeks a time. My downstairs neighbor is completely unreasonable. I can't use my washer and dryer cause it is "too loud" I have a three year old and if he gets up to go to the bathroom at 8:30pm she is banging on the ceiling. He is a whole 35lbs for pete's sake. I have called into the office several times about her and nothing has happened. When we moved in there were a half a dozen things we marked as broken and they were supposed to be fixed. Six months later they have shoved some putty in the hole in the hollow door to my sons room, and nothing else has been touched. And I have never even seen our so-called security. I have until the end of May still on my lease (yes I was one of the brilliant ones that signed a 13 month lease.) But come the end of May I am getting the heck out of here! Never to return again. If you are in the market for apartments they are probably all the same so I would suggest one that is a little cheaper in price. Since this is one of those cases where you don't get what you pay for.

I agree i lived in San Valiente apartments for a year and when i first moved in i thought it was the best decision i could have ever made.....I was so wrong! I felt comfortable being there when I first moved there because it was gated and there was security, well there was supposed to be security! The gates were also broken and they were open 24/7 and security was never around and when i did call them they would take hours to even show up. I always paid my rent and sometimes i even paid it on time. When it was time for me to move out i thought i wouldnt have a problem, i even cleaned my apartment spotless, i was on my hands and knees cleaning the carpet and after i moved i still got a bill for my apartment being very dirty, which was so not true! I wish i would have never gottenin there and I will never recommend this aparment to anyone!
