Too Expensive and No Luxury

This is my second apartment experience. My first apartment was $200 cheaper a month and was much more luxurious than this piece of garbage. Everything is cheaply made and the apartment is very small. The apartments have no storage space whatsoever. I had property taken from my patio and when I contacted the management, they didn't seem to care. Everytime something breaks and I call management, they sound like I'm putting them out and they're bothered by me letting them know that something's broken. The management lets anybody live here that is willing to pay the expensive, outrageous price. The parking lot is dirty, the gates are always broken. You can hear noise from outside clearly and everyone outside can hear everything going on in your apartment clearly. There's not a clubhouse or any activities. Tenants have to pay for water in addition to everything else. I don't have anything positive to say about this place.

I have taken tours of the property and was checking reviews for a potential move in when I came across this review. One there is storage space available on every apartment patio, so there is storage space! I also received a lay out of the two bedroom apartment which is over 1000 sq feet, that is a huge apartment! I dont think this person know what they are talking about
