Original poster is correct. Documented crimes include 2 separate murders (on property) and one just outside of the main entrance on 22nd Ave. One of the crimes required Phoenix PD to go to the back entrance (on 23rd Ave) to cut the chain and open that gate so residents could go to or come home from work (front area was an active crime scene). Management could not be contacted on an emergency number. I tried myself. NO EMERGENCY PHONE LISTED FOR AFTER HOURS. Main yard lighting obviously doesn't concern current management. One yard lamp had been broken for over two weeks. Not just a broken light, but the whole assembly. Just a post sticking up from the ground. If something breaks, WHEN maintenance (mark that IF) shows up to fix it, the resident gets to clean up the mess. My stay there was pleasant until Chamberlin took over. From there, it seems that the residents are there for Chamberlin, not the other way around. I truly had to get out. I found the clients Chamberlin was renting to, to be pigs.
Good luck.
