DO NOT MOVE IN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Almost the worst, godawful, hellhole in Phoenix. I had the worst experience there. The management company are slumlords. My apartment constantly flooded from out the bathroom walls. I would call maintenance, and they couldn't care less. At one point they told me that they had sent someone underneath the building (WTF') and couldn't find anything. So I guess I was lying, though there was a friggin lake in half my apartment. Then the mold started growing in the walls. Then the ceiling rotted from leakage from the chiller, and parts of the ceiling actually fell. I had mold in everything. So they cut open the ceiling, and walls, but left it open. Never finished it. And the final knife twist: when I moved out, they charged me $50 because they said the mirror was streaked, and they charged me the rest of the deposit for what they said was scuff marks on the walls, and a broken slat on the metal blinds. The absolute craphole they had me live in, and they had the audacity to keep my entire deposit. I friggin' cleaned that place cleaner than what it was when I moved in, even with a giant hole in my ceiling, and a giant hole in the bathroom wall. And the owner of the management company, Paget, was the biggest slumlord I ever met when I tried to deal with her after I moved out to get my deposit back. And the place kept getting raided by the FBI, because the place is filled with meth heads and labs. I truly, deeply, and ferociously hate this place with my entire being.
