I moved here from out of state Mar 1, 2008. Nothing wrong with this place its Top Notch. Staff is friendly and helpful. Apts are beautiful. Space per $...cannot find a better deal yet. Great amenities, pools, business offices for residents to use, tanning beds FREE for residents, activities every week. Its very nice..out of the city a little bit, a little drive but not bad. Only problem I've had was I wanted DirectV for Digital/HD service. Unless your apt faces south, you might not catch signal. Talus Ranch is contracted with Qwest. They offer digital/hd tv serv, net, & phone. Its alright though. The complex bundles water bill and rent together. Talus Ranch has 2 "phases", 1 is on N North Vally Parkway, and other is the other side of the corner West Dove Valley Rd. Pictures dont do this place justice! Check it out for yourself. A lot of new stuff coming up this way in the valley. I grade it an A!

Ok.. this place is loud, rude and not kept up well. The above remarks are like a sales pitch from the office team. Don't buy into this BS and rent here, its the ghetto in North Phoenix!

The "ghetto" my ass. You must be very very high maintenance and be from high scale Scottsdale or Anthem. Nothing near ghetto here. No people just wandering the streets, crowded, and clustered neighborhoods everywhere. Barely anything up this way near Carefree Hwy and I-17. I still live here. Only reason I'm moving soon is because I'm graduating school. I'd stay if I wasn't leaving the state. Hell go 1 mile north...its Anthem not Phoenix anymore. Dont let 1 high person put a bad mark on this place...its ok
