When I first moved into this place 4 years ago, it was under different management.
Since the new management has taken over the security patrol has been done away with and little has been done in the way of regular maintainance and repair.
The only thing this company cares about is the grounds near the rental office.
Most of the repairs are done as the result of a major emergency, like a fire or the boiler breaking down.
The air conditioning has been off for long periods during the last two summers as the result of breakdowns and an explosion and fire in the building that houses the chiller and boiler.
The roach problem is totally out of control due to poor pest control practices.
There are ants and sand fleas on the sidewalks and in the apartments.
It took 3 years to get the garbage can replaced by the mailbox after someone stole the last one.
It appears that many apartment blocks in the complex are infested with mold, in the insulation and the walls.
The insulation and sealing tiles are made of asbestos and you will be asked to sign a waver if you decide to rent here.
The present management is more interested in renting these apartments than it is in screening the prospective renters, so there is a lot of illegal activities going on in the complex.
If you need a dope connection, they probably live here.
So do Pit Bulls, and other large and vicious dogs that are often allowed to run loose on the property.
If you have a small pet, this place will be unsafe for them.
The pool gate has no locks and are often propped open, as an invitation to small children.
Finally, your neighbors are likely to be loud, inconsiderate slobs with no social conscience who party all night and toss all manor of debries off their balconies onto the sidewalks and into patios of their first floor neighbors.
DON'T MOVE HERE!
