I have lived here almost one year now and the maintenance requests I have made have never been taken care of. The one office lady has attitude like she's thinking were never going to fix it so stop coming in here. I called the corporate office as well and they didn't do anything to help. I think alot of the residents are section 8 which brings many undesirables. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

I don't think having a lot of people who are Section 8 makes a difference. My former girlfriend used to live there. Check the past reviews-five years or so. The majority are similar to yours but you don't talk about the roaches. They have been around since the time of the dinosaurs but maybe even living at Santa Fe Springs was even to much for even them to survive.
