One of my favorites! From: leavingthepeaks Date posted: 2/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I am currently shopping for a two bedroom apartment home for myself, my husband, and my children. I have researched and personally toured almost every community in the 85044 zip code; this is by far one of my most favorite communities. I was promptly greeted and welcomed by a gentleman. He was very friendly and eager to assist me. He also had a great personality and was friendly with my son as well (major brownie points there). I was very impressed by the grounds. It's a smaller community, which felt nice. The grounds were beautiful; lush and green, beautiful flowers, and well kept. We passed two current residents that greet the man and seemed very happy. I toured the two bedroom apartment and it was very nice. It's not very old, so the appliances are newer and more modern. I absolutely loved the cabinets. The layout was also very nice; unfortunately, we are coming with a very large sectional and big screen TV, bunk beds, and a big master bedroom set. The layout of the apartment would not work with our furnishings. I highly recommend this community.
