Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The management is ok, but the appliances are old, the maintenance staff is slow (i.e. roof in bathroom leaking for 2 weeks now), and some units open up to Bell Road with no gate so any stranger can walk up your stairs and take your laundry from the outdoor facilities.
