Have lived here for 4 years and love it. The staff is good and I love the store. It is close to my job and my friends. Will renew my lease.

I also like it here. I never have any problems. The building Im in has good tenents and we get along.
when the maintenance has been here they do a great job and are real nice. When dealing with the office i make sure I get things in writing and am clear on what they tell me. i think the problems people have are with apts closer to the playground. Im also in the back and its quiet here. It's true my 1st year rent was way cheaper but I had a great move in deal. that doesn't last forever though. I knew the 2nd year would be higher. The only complaint I have is with someof the tenents themself not the apts.
