Here's my story....I've lived here for 10 years and have nothing to complain about. Sure the complex is lil older but it's well kept and when i have a prob everyone in the office and maint are there to help. I've lived in apartments my whole life and I love it here...I've met all my neighbors and they have since become very close friends of mine. We barbeque, hang at the pools and enjoy the events the office puts on for us. Are you kidding....I feel sorry for you people out there that have nothing better to do than talk $'*! about things that are probably 90% your fault anyway. It's much easier to blame others cause you're so full of yourself to accept responsibility. Glad you're not my neighbor

Well that's all fine and dandy for you. That was your experience and you shared it, and I as well shared mine. You [somehow] have had a good experience with this place, but for me it was an absolute nightmare. And how are any of the things I listed my fault?? The roaches: not because of me, the noisy ass kids/neighbors NOT BECAUSE OF ME, the cops knocking at my door at 5am DEFINATELY NOT BECAUSE OF ME. Obviously some people like it there and that's fine for them, but I couldn't stand it and moved ASAP.

Could this be any less than management personnel posting this? I call BS. Unless you're perfectly fine with punk a$$ wannabe gangbangers standing out in the middle of the street all day causing trouble. Noisy a$$ kids vandalizing the grounds, tearing screens of other tennants windows and leaving garbage all over the place, then OK. I installed security cameras at the marketplace because of these exact things. These kids parents could not be any less invloved. All I hear them do is open their doors and yell out at them from time to time. They need to get off their a$$es and put these punks in their place. Oh yeah, I forgot, the parents are just as bad as the kids, so it's not their fault, right? This place will let any idiot with a fake ID and stolen identity move in. I don't see how poor construction and plumbing is anyone else besides the owner's fault. All this place does is slop thirty coats of paint on to cover all the damage. I had a family of dirty a$$ people living next to me, I had roaches until they moved out. Can't see how that could possibly be my fault. Listen people, there are tons of other, newer, nicer places that cost less per square foot than this place. Don't be dumb and be fooled by the cheap asthetics they have all over the place here, These apartments are crap and you know it. Be smart and shop around but if you like having the police helicopter flying over your building frequently and having to tell stupid a$$ punks to get out of your way in the parking lot, driving into pot holes, listening to what your neighbors are watching on TV through cracker thin walls, the smell of meth labs, and just plain disrespectful, loud, arrogant, ignorant people as your neighbors, then this is heaven for you, enjoy!

you're post is totally BS ; I've got news for you ... people can tell when it's Management raving up the place ... they have a 17% reccomendation ; the apartments I live in now have 80% explain how you have a GREAT experience when EVERYBODY else thinks its ----...
