ok but From: harrassed99 Date posted: 10/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I thought these apartments are nice. However due to an elderly neighbor downstairs that constantly complained about me being noisy ruined my experience. I am only home so much. She would bang on my ceilings in the middle of the night because she claimed that I was jumping. Come on. Managment tried to help but I was always feeling like the bad guy. I am buying a house now so that issue will not haunt me. I lived in other apartments and never had a complaint with downstairs neigbors. They need to insulated between walls and floors to keep noise level down.
