                      I am sorry you had experienced some frustration with our property. Unfortunately it does take some time to get your deposit back, not an overnight process. Please reach out to Gabrielle and she can check into where we are at with your deposit. As far as your other concerns- I can assure you we are far from being unethical in our operations and everything is done by the book. Sometimes residents overlook certain fees - Gabrielle can also show you your ledger so you can see all the charges and explain any questions you may have concerning them. Have a great weekend!
