The place used to be the best from what an addent told me about you guys, but now that you let "just" anybody rent there the crime rate has gone up! I mean, before i used to love going and visiting my mother and now it feels like I should carry a gun with me when I visit her. That is just sad!!!!!!!!! the maintance is really bad, i mean the guys just come in and say that there going to fix the problem-but when' then, on yop of that i have a friend that has his really bad leaks and the maintaice guys just put a board to cover the problem and noe the rainy seasons are back. I know alot of problems there and i don't even live there just visit and i have to say with alot of care for the tennanents and security i believe it will be "safe" again. the price is good and the area around the place is nice but the maintance and the manager could use an up grade.

i think think these apartment are not safe. the manager Lupe lets anyone move in even if they are dope dealers you got crack heads walking around all night for something to steal the manager likes the fact that they live hear because i think she is one of the crack heads to and she dose nothing about any problems that people have with their apartment's so over all these apartments are not safe for anyone so dont get stuck with a year lease just dont rent from hear
