I highly doubt that some of these people posting reviews on here ever even lived at this complex! First of all, this place is great and second, people live here with their family, they have children......these kids need to go out and play, and that is exactly what they are doing....they are just being kids!! So, I don t understand why this person would complain about too many kids running around!! This is a very well kept building compared to others in the area (I have lived in the neighborhood for a long time now). Also, people who say that management is racist are SO wrong. I am proud to say that I am a Mexican and I don t get any special treatment than anyone else in the building because of that!! In my opinion, the management/maintenance team is very professional, fair, proactive...bottom line, they get the job done! They do an excellent job in keeping this building safe and clean. I love my apt, the location of the building and would not want to live anywhere else. I will highly recommend this particular building to anyone who is looking for an affordable, convenient location, safe & clean apt that they can proudly call their home.

While some of the comments do seem to be overly harsh, let's not forget the following... The same unit has flooded twice in the past 6 years and they have simply replaced the pad (not the carpet) and replaced the wall board. No attempt to properly clean and inspect the unit was ever made. The pool area is closed on a regular basis, including during the summer, all because the managers can't be bothered to kepp up the cleaning, chemicals, etc. The apartments are extremely small and the rent is extremely high compared to of complexes in the area. They are also advertising the complex as having balconies, which they quite obviously do not. They had someone moving into the unit across from us and it was crawling with bugs. The office staff claimed that the unit had been treated, but that it would take up to 5 days for the bugs to die. Not wanting to deal with 5 days of bugs and then dead bug carcasses, she convinced them to give her a different unit. The main gate has been broken for weeks at time, office staff tends to be rude and is generally not competent to perform basic functions such as processing rent checks, as of late there have been a large number of miorities with regard to LIFESTYLE (not skin color) who have moved in and out on a revolving basis blasting music and driving unsafely through the complex, and the current manager can't seem to figure out that it's probably a bad idea to block the entire driveway with her car while she unlatches the gate so it remains closed at teh end of the day. Did I mentioned that the office is rarely, if ever, open durning posted business hours?

Actually i use to live there from 2006-2007. We moved when CONAM left and the new company came in. I loved it there, we lived upstairs and the apartments are not bad in size like the person above commented on, we had a 2 bd rm 2bth and the master bdrm was large as was the bathroom and walk in closet. I loved the skylight windows and we DID have a balcony so why you think they cant advertise for that is beyond me. The whole year we lived there the pools were not ever closed. Maybe you are living in a different complex..??? Which main gate are you talking about? The only one i remember is the other entrance and they closed it at 10:00 pm? Hmmm
