Nice place, decent people but the majority of negative opinionsd already prejudiced me against the place even before I visited.

Still I went:

Nice place, nice people, nice neighor (metinks')

Still in all I wonder....why so many negatives'

It looks as though all the negative reviews were posted prior to what seemed to have been a change in management close to the end of 2008. The units now have individual owners and they have a home owners association. It also looks like the recommendations have been YES and the overall rating has been good with only the construction being rated low. Actually your review brings down the rating because every category was rated low and the recommendation was NO. I think you inadvertently gave it a bad rating. If it had a 77% rating before, you brought it down to 59%. And you're right, it is a pretty nice, quiet and a decent place to live but you just have to worry about the fact that they are connected and the construction is not good, so you can have neighbors on one side who are the "perfect neighbors" and then on the other side you may have a habitual drug user. So basically, you have to take into consideration that it's still like apartment living and worst is that if you have made an investment and purchased your unit and you are unfortunate and get a bad neighbor then you're kinda stuck. Or say you rent a unit and your bad neighbor owns, then you have to deal with it until your lease ends because you can't count on them moving. Just something to think about!
