They have RATSSSSS... I have pictures.. they have roaches too! Their "so-called" A/C is central EVAP and the thermostats are pre-set.. you fry in the summer. It is the worst place I have ever lived in Phoenix in the last 25 years....

Actually, the thermostats aren't preset... that's what that little knob on the wall with all the numbers on it are for... to set the temperature. The only thing that is set is if its heat in the winter or ac in the summer. I don't have any roaches in my apartment. But it's az. Roaches are all over.

Well, I included my pics of the rats ANDDDD the thermostat doesnt work!!! you can put it on 50 degrees and it still only cools to a whopping 80 in.. You are probably the manager responding lol
