PERVERT IN 131 From: princessdi85015@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I LIVED THERE FOR 3 MONTHS AND LEFT. THERE IS A PERVERT IN 131 THAT CHASED CHILDREN AND FOLLOWED WOMAN AROUND MAKING LEWD NOISES. NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE COMPLAINED BEWARE.
