I lived at this townhouse complex around 2005. I lived in apt 405..it was right in front of the playground.Don't even let your kids play there,you would either find drugs or "gang members." While I lived there our next door neighbors parished in a fire, I know that the family members are suing because they are suspecting the fire to be an electrical issue. Which we also experienced in our apartment that was right next to theirs. Living there was like living in an oven. I let the office know about the the air not working,they sent someone but it still didn't work. Our sink in the kitchen would constantly leak. I had a reletive visit and their car ended up getting stolen! Just stay away from this place all together.
