The new management company is a joke. Their front staff lies directly to your face, No AC, and your told that they will not follow the tenant act. They claim since some of the senior citizens dont want AC, they wont turn it on.
Do not bother to move here. Illegal immigrants everywhere, no security, cops show up every night. Gas leaks constantly. They try to tell you that the carpet in your "new apartment" is brand new, but the first time you walk in, all you see is stains, rips, and areas not covered.
Dont bother. Go to Forest Park, they at least care for their residence.s k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
