Be Careful, They Lie!

I have to agree with one of the other reviewers. New Management, MEB Management Services, is like the old Bethany Group Management. Whatever the problem is, they frequently lie, they occasionally tell the truth, AND they always delay. For example, the hot water in the front half of the complex was out for almost one month. They blamed it on the Bank that currently owns the place. (Yes, this complex is a Bethany Group repossession.) I always find it odd that people will behave as slumlords behave, but then blame someone else and continue with their hands outstretched for payment.

This place also has a notoriously poor "chiller" air conditioning system. I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe they don't chill the water enough in an effort to save money for the Bank. Whatever it is, rest uncomfortable, as they will do nothing. And to change the situation for yourself, you'll have to fight them and their slumlord lawyers.

I'd say that MEB is here for one thing only: to keep costs down to an absolute minimum until the Bank finds a buyer. I would stay away until then, as this place is NOT worth the new rents they are charging.

The common laundry facilities are also filthy.

The hot water out in the front half of the community was before MEB, new boilers have been installed, both the back and the front of property. The chiller system has been working and new compressors have been installed. Each and every problem that has arose has been addressed. The laundry rooms are cleaned daily. Since MEB has taken the property, we have all been working really hard to make Sienna Springs a better place to live for our residents. Sorry that you feel your experience here are not good but come to the office and spreak with me and I'll do my best to address your issues. Linda Schlitter, Manager of Sienna Springs

MEB is doing a better job than the Bethany Group in its dying days, but not much better. There still is a lot of room for improvement. I would assist you, but that is your job, not mine.
