Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
1. Mgmt if very unfriendly and very unhelpful.
2. $50 late fee for one day late! Come on!
3. Very noisy
4. Kids running around the parking lot like it's a playground
5. Poor response to maintenance issues
6. Several break-ins during 6 months I was there.
