I have had a better than average experience here. If you can't stand a little noise, buy a house! The walls seem a little thin at times, but it just depends on the neighbor. I love the space in my 2 bedroom 2 bath. The balcony is huge, the appliances are great. I wish it had a roman tub though. The third floor view at the north side of the complex is spectacular and the great big picture window makes it even better. Great built in's for the walk in closets. Sturdy too, not those run of the mill wire wall mounts that come crashing down with too much weight. I was stung by a scorpion in the bedroom, but hey, this is Arizona. By no means did I see any infestations. Remember, gated entry does not mean there won't be any crime, but I have not had any problems, nor heard of any in the year I've been here. Management has been very nice to me. Maintenance requests were always taken care of right away. Just like someone else mentioned in these reviews, if you are rude to someone because you are upset about something, it is very likely that they will be rude to you. I would recommend this place to anyone!
