Nice Area ... HOWEVER,

I looked at SEVERAL apartments in the Ahwatukee area. If you are looking for onsite storage - you cannot go wrong if you end up with an attached garage. The garagees are OVERSIZED, work quite well as a storage unit. However, I do think they are WAY overpriced. And they do not live up to their promises as to making sure any problems in your apartment are taken care of prior to your move in. We have called several times on issues since our move in date - and no maintenance man yet!!
