All Smiles (Until you sign your lease)

Be careful and think twice, then think again before signing a lease at Sierra Foothills. When you first come in management appears to be a very caring and helpful bunch. Once you sign your lease, any issue you have becomes your problem and they just can?t seem to help you out with anything?and if they do assist you in some way, there is likely to be some form of fee associated with it. My AC unit was not functioning during the ?cool and refreshing? Arizona summer. It took maintenance over two weeks to come out and repair it. Twice, I had to call the front office and ?remind? them to send someone. Be sure never to pay your rent even an hour late unless you are willing to cough up the $70 late charge. I made the mistake of mailing in my rent payment from out of town and was rewarded with a $70 late fee. $20 dollars of which they attribute to ?lawyer fees? lawyer fees! Hold on there Perry Mason, seems like a fluff charge to me. If you don?t know your neighbors?don?t worry, you will, since you can hear every step they take and nearly every word they say; now I know where Sting was living when he wrote ?I?ll be watching you?. If any of this doesn?t bother you, great move right in, you can have my old apartment, I?ll be moving out ASAP.
