This is a terible place to live. I rented this place over the phone because I was out of state. I was assured by the office that parking was good here. I rented a garage because I was told I could park 2 vehicles in front of it. My garage was on the end and could only fit on car in front of it because of the curved curbing. I have been blocked in by the neighboring garge because they CAN physically park 2 cars in front of thiers, but when doing so, I cannot get my car in/out of our spot. Bugs here are horrible, I found 1 1/2 inches of insect feces behind a wall plate in our bedroom while trying to find an anoying insect behind the wall. I get the exterminator to come regularly, but we still have ---- roaches and crickets. The managment doesn't want to do anything to help with your problems. I had the back window broken out of my car because of the heavy rain coming off the building at a high rate of force. The gutters do not work so therefore the water broke out my window and their insurance company did nothing, nor did the office really care about it. The apartment was supposed to be over 900 sq. ft. but when we got here, it was considerably smaller then our old apartment that was 925 sq. ft. We had to use the garage to store all of the extra things and therefore are unable to use it for a car. The miscommunication with the office is one of the biggest problems here, after the poor parking. I notified the office before I rented the place that I found it via rent.com, but they did not put that down, so I did not get the $100 from rent.com. That is just one example of the poor communciations. I cannot have people over because there is NO WHERE for them to park, even though I have a covered spot and a garage that "you can fit 2 cars in front of". If you are 1 day late on rent, you are charged $50 regardless if you were in the hospital or it was a holiday. The volley ball area is often used late at night and the parties go late also, so the noise can get annoying. The only positive thing is the maintenace people, they are very nice and prompt. I would rather live on the street then to live here. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
