This property was horrible the entire time I lived there. I had cockroaches and crickets infecting my apartment. No matter how many times I reported it and begged for them to do something, they simply just treated it by spraying my apartment, not taking the drastic action required. They even blamed the infestation on me, even though I never had this problem before or after living there.

I had a problem with my garbage disposal not working; food in it was not being disposed of, instead of fixing the problem the maintenance people poured bleach in it! After telling them that pouring bleach in it did not change the fact that the food was not being disposed; they came in and again insisted it worked, instead of fixing it. It took 4 times of complaining for them to fix it.

Finally, I decided to leave. I had the carpets shampooed, cleaned the apartment, returned the keys and left. Now, after no notification, they turned me over to collections, saying I have charges, but they never called, e-mailed or wrote me anything saying I had a charge. It is unbelievable to me that someone who was current on rent for years would be turned in after no notification.

The staff is rude and disrespectful and the property management if horrible. I would NEVER rent form UDR, nor recommend and property UDR manages to anyone.

Hundreds of crickets and roaches? wow, you sound like a psycho! ya at night there are a few roaches, but not ones that attack. i have never heard of a roach attacking someone. did it hurt you? maybe the roach had it in for you! was it the size of a mountain lion? it took 2 of you to fight it off? sounds like you have some real issues here, maybe consult a therapist about your over exaggeration and hallucinations.
