I've lived at Sierra Foothills for a year. I have never had any problems with office staff, maintenance requests, or noise. The grounds are well-kept, the apartments are beautiful and the ofice team is very professional. I would reccommend Sierra Foothills to anyone looking to rent in the Ahwatukee area. This is a gated community, also.
