Guns and drugs? Not for this much rent a month.

I had several neighbors have guns pulled on them. My sister-in-law was out at her car and a man came out of his appartment with a shotgun. In the middle of the day, I have seen people walking around smoking weed. Don't plain on using the hot tub at night, the same people go into the hot tub around 8pm to 9pm and all you can smell is weed. There is report that people are running drugs out of the appartments across from where I used to live. The same apartment the gun incidents happened around. If you have more than one car beware. Parking is a nightmare. The spaces are small and people park any way they feel like it. One day I had to get into my car on the passenger side door. When we reported all of these things to the front office. There response was "this isn't the first,second, or third report like this we have received" But what did they do about it, Nothing. If you are willing to put up with all of these things, the apartments are ok.
