When I first moved here it was absolutely perfect. The last year or so the management has changed and the apartments have gone downhill so fast while the rent has increased to unreasonably high. They don't care who they let move in as long as they get their rent money. Nobody follows the parking rules. The office creates stupid rules to get out every possible penny from residents. The manager is incompetent and lies constantly. I am STILL waiting for maintenance to come fix the multiple problems in the apartment. As much as I love the layout of my apartment and the location, it is not worth even half the rent.
