greedy, poor customer service

I have never been late on rent and they charge $50 if it's one day late. It's absolutely ridiculous, rules need to be enforced but come on folks good judgment and discretion is advised. Additionally, they charge a late fee for each day you're late on a movie rental rate. They better be careful because I bet they are not licensed to collect late fee on movie rentals. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
