This is by far the loudest and most annoying apartments I've ever lived in! Stay far away if you don't want to hear lawn mowers and weed blowers almost everyday. Honestly how many leaves could have fallen off the trees since two days ago' It is a complete waste of money and absolutely UNNECESSARY!!! Not to mention all these idiots that think it's so cool to blare their bass music all the time, the 90's are over so turn your stupid music down. Last but not least all the screaming unsupervised kids that play in the parking lot all the time. Obviously their parents don't give a damn, they just send them out to the parking lot to annoy all the respectful quiet neighbors. The management doesn't do anything about all the noise, they tell you to go tell the kids to be quiet or ask your neighbor to turn their music down. Why should that be my job' I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet peaceful place to reside.

If you are so unhappy here, why don't you contact the office or post a user name so they may contact you. The landscapers are here every week to trim , blow and clean. The noise is a bit loud but the grounds are kept up. As far as kids playing, they have that right, it is called fair housing. If it is beyond the norm then the office should be notified. It will be handled in a professional manner just like everyhting else is. I find your accusations false and slanderous to the staff at Sierra Foothills.
