I have lived at Sierra Foothills for a little over two years. The apartments are nice, but the management team, especially Lea, is treats their customers very rudely. When asking a simple question or checking into the status of an overdue maintenance request, she acts as if you are wasting her time. Aside from the poor management, the only other issue I had while living here was a problem with loud neighbors. I certainly understanding living in an apartment you will hear noise and it will not always be quiet. The problem was my neighbor who loved to play loud music at all hours of the night. I called the police on at least 4 different occassions, who responded and had my neighbor turn down his music. They only respond to calls if the noise is so loud that you can hear it outside the apartment, and that was the case each time. Well, Lea seemed very "surprised" and somewhat "irritated" that I called the police and even stated that I should have told her instead of calling the police. What was she going to do' The reason they don't want you calling the police is because that affects their ratings. The loud noise and rude management staff were the only two issues I had while living here. All in all, the apartments are nice and the location is terrific.
