I moved in almost one year ago and can't wait to move. I work nights and the staff is not at all willing to work around my schedule for their "required apartment checks." The manager is very rude and impersonal. My mail has been stolen more times than I can count-don't mail ANYTHING from the office! The high school across the street allows students to park down Agave Rd. so if you live on that side of the complex be prepared to have high school kids take all the parking and you can only park on one side of the street from 7a-3p or you'll get a ticket. Walls are thin so pray that you have good neighbors! This apartment is way overpriced-who cares if they have tile' I shouldn't have to pay through the nose for it!!! Also you can get a much better deal on rent in the same area if you look around!
