I lived at this Property for over 3 years. My apartment was very nice. And for all you post critics out there, I never paid rent late, never got a complaint from my neighbors or staff.
I saw staff come and go, and of course, the nice ones always seemed to just "disappear". After everyone in our building complained several times, there was nothing done.
After the 11 scorpions and the Management not taking a pro-active
or reactive approach to the problem, I decided to move out. Found a much nicer apartment in a much friendlier environment for much cheaper. Their loss. This company sucks, they charge above market rent, and refuses to spend the money to seal a building or pay pest control to do anything but spray, which does not take care of scorpion issues. Much better offerings out there for much better prices.

I've been here for a month and believe me... I have searched for scorpions... NEVER to find nor see one... EVER

How have you never seen a scorpion here, even when searching? That's sort of an asinine statement. This complex HAS a scorpion and black widow problem. Period. This STATE has a scorpion and black widow problem; we live in the desert. Unfortunately, this complex is built near a giant dirt field and provides plenty of dark little corners and poor insulation. I've lived here 3 months. The office is aware of the problem and freely admitted it before I even made the decision to move in. They've gladly sprayed my apartment each time I've asked. That being the case, I've still seen two now outside while taking my dog for walks at night without having to "search," one in my kitchen pantry, one in my bedroom, and one on my couch. They cannot be missed here - unless you're searching with your eyes closed you will surely meet one in passing. Note: I've also had at least 5 black widows set up shop beneath my door outside or at the landing at the top of the stairs, though never inside. My advice if you're considering moving in (it's a nice complex and I'm happy here): invest in one or a couple "Scorpion Master" scorpion LED/UV lights that you can pick up at ----'s two miles north of Sierra Foothills at I-10/Warner for about $10 each (sometimes they're on sale for as little as $7) or you can buy them on Amazon.com for about the same price. They work great at night for seeing scorpions when you're taking walks outside (especially not something you want to step on while walking home barefoot from one of the pools) or just crossing inside your apartment and don't want to turn on any lights. I don't have any advice here for the black widows, other than what Google says: wear pants/socks/gloves/closed-toe shoes and spray it with Raid or spider killer to stun it, knock it off the web with a stick, stomp on it, destroy the egg sack if there's one, and call for pet control.
