Definitely not recommended. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I signed a 1-year lease before moving in and although it hasn't been the *worst* year of my life, I do wish I'd read this site before moving in. The place is infested with roaches, which I have to control by using Combat roach motels all over the house like land mines. In the 10 months I've been here, 3 of my neighbors' cars have been stolen. The police are always here for one reason or another, and I don't feel safe if I have to walk my dog at night. A hose on the clothes washer burst and flooded the entire apartment one fine weekend, and although they paid for the cleaning costs and nothing was permanently damaged, it spoke of negligent maintenance since it shouldn't have burst in first place. The place isn't very electicity efficient either, with our all-time low winter bill being about $75. The day our lease is up will be one of the better days in our lives.
