I've lived here several years and like it. An apartment complex shares all the problems of society in general...crime, boom cars, problem neighbors, etc. and all that can be done is for management to deal with it, and they do a credible job of that. You are going to have a certain level of problems no matter where you live. This is a busy city street corner with all the attendant noise, but on the other side of the coin it is very convenient to shopping. Maintenance personnel are nice and fix things promptly. Exterminators come every week to your apt. if you need them. I can't think of anything majorly wrong. Once a pair of drunks parked in the lot near my bedroom window at 1 AM, got out and thought it was a good place to have another six pack while talking very loudly. I turned my powerful flashlight on them (while one was taking a whiz) and boy did they get mad!!! That was hilarious, they peeled out giving me the finger and flashing their headlights! I do hope the cops catch up with them someday, speaking of which, DO call the cops on boom cars and traffic problems! There are a lot of pedestrians here and the crosswalks are very dangerous. but that is not the complex's fault it is a lack of police enforcement. Other than that we are happy here. I replaced the standard toilet seat which was uncomfortable with a better one like you would find in a school bathroom at my own expense and added towel racks and stuff...the fixtures and appliances are low grade but that is true of all apartments. All in all, not a bad place.

I’m happy for you that you that you have a sense of humor about drunks hanging out of your bedroom window at 1AM. If I had loud drunks hanging outside my house while I'm trying to sleep, I would call the police and if they live in the community, I would call my HOA first thing next morning. Loud drunks in the middle of the night (or ANYTIME for that matter) add to neighborhood blight and lower property values.

Are you lucky or crazy? The managment flat out LIES about everything. They are lazy. They never do anything about anything. You obviously have no desire to work out. Hello! Broken gym the entire time I've lived there! Nothing works! Such a dump!
