First of all, the repainting is a hideous combo of a nasty ecru color and something I can only describe as the color of cat vomit. Second of all, there's a lot of white trash in this dump. Especially the drunken maintenance man that beats his wife/girlfriend/whatever she is, which they refuse to do anything about no matter how many times their neighbors complain to the management and call the police. I've seen the police come there quite a few times. Of course, nothing beats the time the maintenance man's chick was yelling "I NEED TO TAKE A SHOWER" at the top of her lungs for the whole complex to hear. And said maintenance man and chick are DRUNKS. Fighting drunks. They blast music, fight, curse, and beat on each other all weekend every weekend.

The office staff is a bunch of liars. They always tell you the gym is about to be fixed, but it has been YEARS since anything has been fixed. Nothing works. The 1 and only treadmill was vanadalized long ago, the weight machine is a dangerous hazard, and the stupid white trash residents let their hyperactive offspringe roam free in here and I have been harassed by misbehaving white trash kids every once in a while while using the one piece of the equipment that used to work, the recumbent bike. Kids run wild throughout this complex at ALL hours. I have no idea how these people are raising their kids. I have had problems with Saddlecrack neighbors who refuse to control their kids who harass the rest of us! They run around like little brats all the time. Control your kids!

Let's see, then there is the Russians running around in tighty whities at the pool. What' No bathing suits in Russia' We sell them here, you know. Swimwear at the pool isn't a minimum requirement at this dump, and that's an understatement.

Saddlecrack is full of all kinds of humanity, and none of it is very good. Most of it is poor, trashy, drunk, and smoking anything and everything.

Not to mention the legion of residents that refuse to clean up their dogshit. This place is SUCH a dump.

Electrical outlets never work, BTW. If you want to plug things in, go live somewhere else.

At least they finally towed the junker cars, especially the one belonging to said maintenance man who beats his wife and who management will never get rid of.

And something that sat around without a hood for ages...and motorcycles that never move and are chained to the carport. sheesh.

oh, and the shopping carts all over the complex, which people push around 24/7. Just TRY To get some sleep at this place. Teenagers with loud parties, shopping carts being pushed around the sidewalks, the leafblower guy at 6am, the lawnmower guy at 6am...you get the picture.

Saddlecrack is a nightmare. I hope it goes condo and displaces all these trashy people to section 8 where they belong. or is this place section 8' seems like it!

i lived in saddlecrack 3 years ago, working for a hotel just up the road.iam irish and what i found to be a horrible place,i couldnt wait to get home, the place is a run down pile of junk to say the least.iam so glad iam home now iam very happy.i always felt uneasy in that place.living there was bad enough.the apartment was run down with roaches, and the appliances they had in the apartment were somewhat outdated.i also agree about the lawnmower guy and the leafblower guy at 6am,jesus we all need a bit of sleep.anyways i feel sorry for the people living there now.my advice is move out and do yourself a favour.i did and i will never in my life be back to phoenix nevermind saddlecrack!!!!
