Horrible maintenance and staff

I have lived at Saddleback for just over a year and am MORE THAN ECSTATIC to be leaving. I had a hole in my roof for almost the entire time I have lived here, and after calling the BBB and threatening them with lawyers, they finally managed to fix the hole in the ceiling. They did not however, fix the hole in the roof. So when it rains again it only soaks into the drywall and leaks down my wall. This hole has cost me hundreds of dollars to replace a desk, filing cabinet, and pay for costly deep cleaning on my mattress (that they will not reimburse for since they do not see themselves as responsible). I had to keep a bucket by the side of my bed during monsoon season because my roof has leaked (generously) atleast 5 times in one year. My one word to describe Saddleback is "negligent"
DO NOT LIVE HERE, OR ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO LIVE HERE. The office staff would lie to me about speaking to a manager when I came to inquire about someone fixing my roof and never once offered an assistant manager for me to speak to.

Yes, the office staff and management are all liars. They lie about everything. I am leaving too -- in the midst of two simultaneous domestic disturbances today. Saddleback must be the place to go to beat your wife.

Looky here whose writin, the 2 fat white beeaches 1 with saggin titties and the other with stink armpits. the person who dun write this review couldn't git her bed replaces by Saddleback cuz she dun pees herself and wears a adult diaper this is the one with boobie that hand to the gorund. she tried to git her money for stuff that wuz Saddlebacks fault like the desk an they did give her money but then she got greedy and cuz her mattress stinks like piss cuz her stuff is loose and she pees herself well that aint the aprtments fault ya git me? lose sum oft the fat bigun an you wont piss yer drawers all the time. then the ol hefer respondin to this sayin she's leavin cuz ppls's wifes is gittin beat. that a crock of her own sheet. she wuz suckin on the janitors stuff and he dumped her for anther fatso white beeach. so she keeps sayin he's beatin his wife. beeach if yer armpit didnt stank so bad hun then maybe the janitor would still be pokin ya with his ween.
